Acts as a day-to-day liaison for employees, internal business partners, HR partners, and vendor representatives to resolve employee inquiries that cannot be resolved through normal vendor processes. Role involves application of plan rules and laws, in partnership with senior members of the Benefits team. Administers policy and claims process of several internally managed benefit programs by processing requests. Responsible for auditing and reconciling inbound vendor data and payroll files to ensure accuracy. Completes invoicing and funding processes for vendors and programs. Provides as-needed support for Benefits Team, including managing employee escalations, assisting with program communications, launches, and more.Role reports to the Sr. Manager, Benefit Operations and partners daily with analyst and senior members of the Benefits team who provide oversight and direction on various benefit programs.Provides benefits customer service to employees, HR partners and the business by partnering with internal and external benefits team to respond and resolve escalations, appeals and general inquiries. Applies plan rules, laws, and internal policies to administer benefit plans.Administrative and operational support for Benefits Team, including mail processing, life insurance packets, CMS inquiries, project support, program launches, education, and communications.Processes payroll transactions for multiple benefit programs. Includes supporting quarter and year end reconciliations, responding to payroll inquiries, and building a strong working relationship with the payroll team.Benefit invoicing and funding preparation across all programs. Including reconciliations and reporting.
