About Benefits Analyst II

   GEICO is seeking a Benefits Analyst II to join our People Group. You will coordinate, administer, and oversee vendor management while identifying opportunities to streamline and minimize cycle times through process improvement. In addition, you will assist your team and peer groups with special projects to support company-wide strategic initiatives.

   Job Responsibilities :Administer and oversee vendors and benefits for all lines of coverage.Develop benefit communication.Prepare company HR-related guidance and monthly variance explanations to each Line of Business.Perform various projects and ad-hoc analyses.Responsible for the day-to-day management of HR benefits.Manage the annual enrollment process and ensure timely enrollment of new providers.Issue required plan disclosures and notices and oversee documentation and enrollment process with new physicians.Conduct training and orientation sessions with new associates to explain our plan offering.Create standard of work documentation for all benefit processes.Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Requirements :

  Bachelor's degree.3+ years administering benefits, with experience in benefits strategy, design, and with digital and visual platforms and communication systems preferredStrong technical skills.Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate complex issues conciselyExcellent multi-tasking and prioritizing with strong track record of meeting challenging deadlinesStrong analytical skills to manage large data volumes, understand and produce trends with commentaryAdvanced skills with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Workday)Adheres to the GEICO Code of Conduct, company policies, and operating principles.Meets attendance standard of the business location, to perform necessary job functions and to facilitate interaction with subordinates and management. LOCATION :

  Hybrid - 3 days/week onsite

  This will be a hybrid location reporting into a GEICO office 3 days/week.
