  We are searching for a Benefits Analyst to support the US Benefits team with the delivery and administration of Health and Welfare, Disability, Leave and ancillary benefit programs for the organization. This role serves as the liaison between HR Solutions, associates, managers, vendors, and HR Business Partners providing a high-level of customer service. This role resolves participant issues/concerns, conducts root cause analysis, and makes recommendations to improve workflows and operating procedures. In addition to general benefits administration, this role will have a secondary focus on assisting with the delivery of leave administration policies for the organization, including accuracy of information transmitted for payroll processing.

  We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you'll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remote.

  Job Responsibilities: First line of contact for research and resolution of complex escalated participant issues, collaborate with internal and external benefits stakeholders, the HR Operations team and HR partners for problem identification and resolutionProvide guidance and operational support for benefits program including but not limited to benefit plan features, policy interpretation, payroll deductions, member inquiries, invoice processing and communicationsCoordinate the Broadridge benefits programs with the company's outsourced vendors according to plan guidelines, federal and state regulation, and established company practicesMonitors/audits vendor partner interfaces for data integrity including data research, analysis, and testing supportHandles the production of ongoing reports, extraction of various vendor reports and preparation of required reporting for plan administration and compliance requirementsSupport project management of department projects and activities, as neededRemain current on related local, state, and federal law changes as they relate to benefits, including time off and leave managementWork with outsourced vendors and Broadridge Payroll to ensure salary continuation and third party off-sets are accurately appliedResponsible for communication with the associate, manager, Human Resources, and/or any third-party leave administrator during the duration of an associate's leave as neededPreferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalentMinimum of 3 years of experience in benefits administration for a medium to large workforceKnowledge of multi-state leave requirements and processingExperience with ADP Payroll (EV5) and advice to pay process, Workday HRIS, Service Now or similar case tracking system is preferredKnowledge of ERISA and other legal requirements related to benefits administrationExperience with HR and Benefits systems and reportingCertified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) or other Benefits credentialing desirableComputer proficiency including MS Word, PowerPoint and Advanced Excel skills (v-look ups, pivot tables, etc.)Experience with Workday HRIS, ADP Payroll (EV5), and/or ServiceNow a plusCompensation & Benefits: Salary Range: 80,000 - 95,000 depending on experience. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.Annual Bonus: 7.5% of SalaryBenefits: Medical, dental, life and vision insurance. 401k w/ match, parental leave, and more.
