  Job Title: Property Management Administrator

  Job Overview:

  We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Property Management Administrator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the administrative functions related to property management, ensuring efficient operations and excellent customer service.

  Responsibilities:

  Lease Administration:

  Manage lease agreements, including preparation, execution, and renewal processes.

  Ensure compliance with lease terms and conditions.

  Maintain accurate and up-to-date lease records.

  Tenant Relations:

  Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

  Coordinate communication between property owners and tenants.

  Conduct periodic tenant satisfaction surveys.

  Financial Management:

  Assist in budget preparation and financial reporting.

  Track and process rental payments, fees, and expenses.

  Work closely with accounting to reconcile financial records.

  Maintenance Coordination:

  Coordinate maintenance requests and repairs.

  Schedule regular property inspections.

  Ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues.

  Documentation and Recordkeeping:

  Maintain organized and comprehensive property records.

  Prepare reports on property performance as needed.

  Manage documentation related to insurance, permits, and licenses.

  Legal Compliance:

  Stay informed about local property management regulations.

  Ensure property compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

  Vendor Management:

  Liaise with vendors and contractors for property services.

  Negotiate contracts and agreements for property-related services.

  Communication and Reporting:

  Provide regular updates to property owners on property performance.

  Prepare and present reports on key property management metrics.

  Requirements

  Qualifications:

  Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.

  Proven experience in property management or a similar administrative role.

  Strong knowledge of property management principles and local regulations.

  Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

  Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
