   JOB PURPOSE

   Benefits Administration Duties Data Analytics, maintenance and audit: Consolidate, audit, troubleshoot and analyze data across platforms and data feeds for accuracy and consistency to support benefits strategies and decision-making.Premium Payments and Purchase Orders: Manage and process payments for premiums and purchase orders to various benefits vendors.Annual Enrollment: Assist in all annual enrollment activities including all benefits end of year activities.HSA Administration: Work with Senior Benefits Administrator on administration of the Health Savings Account (HSA) plan. WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED Minimum of 1 year corporate experience managing dataBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is a plusData Management and Analytics: Proficiency in handling, analyzing, and interpreting large sets of data relevant to benefits and leaves.Problem-Solving Skills: Aptitude for identifying and resolving issues that arise in benefits and leave management, including data discrepancies and operational challenges.Technical Proficiency: Microsoft Office Suite (especially lookup formulas in Excel)Pay: The pay range for this position is $53,200 to $79,700. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.

  Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.

  Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
