　　ResponsibilitiesFollow a detailed support plan with goals specific to each clients needsand be respectful of each clients wishes and personal preferences.

　　Domestic support skills such as: cooking, cleaning, medicationassistance, scheduling and attending medical appointments, shopping,transportation, and housing management.

　　Working on an array of goals to support clients in accessing socialactivities and utilizing community resources. Community inclusionsupport will likely include: attending social and volunteering eventswith client, encouraging client involvement in community, advocating forclient, and providing transportation

　　Ensuring clients health and safety.

　　Working with others in the interest of the individuals we support.

　　Proper documentation compliance in accordance with State of MEregulatory guidelines and practices using the ClearCare/Well Sky phoneapp.
