Actalent is hiring a Triage Registered Nurse in the Chicagoland area.

　　Description:

　　90% Triage/telehealth

　　10% Check in and room patients

　　Take vitals (weight, height, general medical history)

　　Take information and enter it into EPIC EMR

　　Set follow up visits / schedule

　　Support physicians

　　Prior authorizations

　　Chart in their EHR system

　　Inbasket messages to patients/providers

　　Schedule 5-6 patient visits/day

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　Must Have:

　　RN experience 1-2 years min

　　Triage/telehealth experience

　　EMR experience

　　Nice to have:

　　Outpatient setting

　　Specialty setting

　　Behavioral Health
