　　The Department of Modern and Classical Languages and Literatures atWichita State University is seeking applications for a full-timetenure-track position in American Sign Language (ASL) at the rank ofAssistant Professor beginning in August 2024. This position will alsoserve as the Director of the new ASL degree program. The positioninvolves engaging in scholarly activity; teaching three courses persemester at the undergraduate level and accommodating a variety oflearning styles in instructional delivery including online and blendedlearning; working with colleagues, advising students; and serving thedepartment, the Fairmount College of Liberal Arts and Sciences, theuniversity, and the community.
