　　InterContinental Dubai Marina is a Five Star luxury hotel in the heart of Dubai Marina with 328 rooms and residence suites, flexible event space and restaurants & bars. With over 30 languages and countries represented by the staff, the hotel weaves together an international five star presence.

　　Your role will be including but not limited to:

　　Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, and other drinks, according to standard recipes and guest preferences

　　Work towards the timely set up of the bar areas and the completion of all mise en place in line with the opening hours

　　Maintain a clean and well-organized bar area, ensuring all equipment and utensils are in good working order and stocked appropriately

　　Delight the guest by offering trend setting and innovative products and services

　　Prepare Store requisitions and Bar requisitions

　　Provide exceptional customer service, address guest concerns, and resolve issues to ensure a positive and memorable experience for guests

　　Ideally, you'll have some or all the following qualifications and experience we're looking for:

　　Resume and proven working experience in the bar

　　Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks

　　Positive attitude and excellent communication skills

　　Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
