We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Barista to join our dedicated team at The Westin and Four Points by Sheraton Brisbane.

Role Overview:

As a Barista, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional coffee experiences across The Westin Brisbane and Four Points by Sheraton. Your passion for crafting high-quality beverages, combined with your dedication to five-star service, will ensure a memorable experience for every guest. Working across both properties and in different outlets, you will thrive in a dynamic environment, showcasing your skills in preparing specialty coffees, teas and other beverages while maintain the brand standards of the complex hotels. This position offers the unique opportunity to connect with guests, contribute to the vibrant atmosphere, and be part of a collaborative team in a luxury hospitality setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Strong Team work to lead your section during busy period and supports team efforts ensuring smooth operations

Craft and serve high-quality specialty coffees, teas and other beverages in accordance with brand standards and guest preferences

Provide warm, friendly and professional service to guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

Anticipate and address guest needs, offering personalized recommendations and maintain a focus on guests satisfaction

Follow health, safety and hygiene regulations to maintain a clean and safe work environment

About You:

Proven experience as a barista

A passion for delivering exceptional guest service with a warm and welcoming attitude

Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team

Awareness of the current coffee industry trends and a willingness to innovate and learn

Flexibility to work across various shifts. Be available to work over a 7-day rotating roster which will include working evenings, early starts, public holidays, and weekends

Must hold a Responsible Service of Alcohol (Queensland)
