　　Position Title: Chef de Cuisine

　　Salary: $85000 - $90000

　　Schedule: Monday - Friday, 5:30am -3:30 pm

　　Job Summary

　　The Chef de Cuisine will focus on culinary excellence and cafe experience for the Amazon food program. This position reports into the Executive Chef and will use their strong culinary skills along with safety and sanitation.

　　The great things you’ll do:

　　Follow all menu and production/prep expectations and guides, opening/closing checklist and responsibility guides

　　Motivate, Train and Develop team members

　　Assist Executive Chef in ensuring that all products and ingredients that are used are purchased following sector and Food purchasing standards and sustainability commitments

　　Promote a culture of Food and Workplace Safety

　　Communicate with the Client honestly, accurately and in a timely manner

　　What we look for in the perfect candidate:

　　Degree in Culinary Arts preferred or equivalent professional experience

　　Has a minimum of 5 years kitchen supervisory experience or applicable culinary experience in a similar volume, quality food service establishment,

　　Strong passion for great food and hospitality
