  The Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek (https://hiltonbonnetcreek.com/) is looking for a Banquet Cook Supervisor to join their Culinary team! This stunning property feature 1009 rooms and is surrounded by the Walt Disney World ® Resort, just minutes from Disney®Theme Parks, water parks, and Disney Springs™ .

  A Cook Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and participating in the preparation of food items in accordance with recipes and established standards in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding service and financial profitability. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 year previous culinary background, specifically garde manger experience. Previous experience within a hotel position is a plus!

  Shift Pattern: Morning, mid, and evening shifts as needed

  Pay Rate: $25.10

  What will I be doing?

  As a Cook Supervisor, you would be responsible for overseeing and participating in the preparation of food items in accordance with recipes and established standards in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  Oversee and prepare food items according to designated recipes and quality standardsOversee and maintain cleanliness and food sanitationManage guest orders in a friendly, timely and efficient mannerEnsure knowledge of menu and all food productsStock and maintain par levels for designated food station(s)Visually inspect all food sent from the kitchenPractice correct food handling and food storage procedures according to federal, state, local and company regulationsAssist in monitoring and developing team member performance to include, but not limited to, providing supervision, assisting with evaluations, training, scheduling and assigning work and delivering recognition and rewardPrepare requisitions for supplies and food items, as neededWhat are we looking for?
