　　Job Description

　　We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Banquet Bar Captain to join our team and contribute to the success of our banquet events. As a Banquet Bar Captain, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the bar during banquet events. Your attention to detail, leadership skills, and passion for delivering outstanding service will contribute to the overall success of our banquets.

　　Qualifications

　　Work Authorization: Must hold valid authorization to work in the USA.

　　Certifications: Food Handers Card and MAST permit required.

　　Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred.

　　Experience: Extensive experience in banquet operations, including a minimum of [number of years] years in a leadership role.

　　Leadership Skills: Exceptional leadership and organizational abilities, with a proven ability to motivate and develop a team to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
