　　Position Summary:

　　Responsible for clerical functions as assigned, including, but not limited to, a combination of recordkeeping, data entry, report generation, office machine operation, filing, supply ordering, visitor and meeting room coordination.

　　Essential Functions:

　　Answers telephone and radio communication, gives information to callers, takes messages, or transfers calls to appropriate individualsOpens incoming mail, routes mail to appropriate individuals and answers routine correspondenceMaintains calendar, coordinates conferences, meetings and schedules appointmentsGreets and welcomes visitors, determines nature of business, and escorts visitors to appropriate personPrepares meeting roomsCompiles and maintains lists, records, meeting minutes, and statistical reportsOrders and distributes suppliesOperates office equipment such as photocopier, scanner, and faxProofreads records, documents, reports, and filesCompletes transactions in SAP such as purchase requests, contract releases, MIGO's, and may enter time for departmental employeesCompletes and submits check requestsManages office documents including maintaining and supporting BWL document management program and records retention policyConducts P-Card reconciliation and trackingPerforms other departmental tasks as assignedRequired to follow BWL Safety Manual and wear required personal protective equipmentAttends training for safety awareness or skills improvement as required by supervisor, BWL or governmental agency such as MIOSHAWhy Should You Apply?
