TEKsystems is hiring a small group of Bank Tellers to assist a financial organization located in the Long Beach, CA area.
These positions are direct permanent hire openings and would offer benefits from day one! The position offers the opportunity to learn and grow with a well established organization.
These positions would start ON SITE and will require the ability to work a Saturday shift.
Job Description
Provide outstanding member service via phone and email with enthusiasm and professionalism; successfully address member concerns
Assist members and potential members with account and product questions
Assist members and potential members with online account openings, seeing the process through from application to closing
Participate in all required training and adhere to written policies and procedures of the credit union including BSA, OFAC and security
Contact and continue dialogue with new members who recently opened accounts
Cross-sell credit union products and services and achieve individual goals
Assist members in troubleshooting online services and process all types of transactions, maintaining member security
Qualifications
2-3 years of RECENT Customer Service experience- customer facing experience is going to be preferred!
Open to retail experience with some good tenure!
Banking expereince (preferred not required)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Outstanding customer service skills
Good organizational skills with proven ability to multi-task
Ability to recognize and resolve member concerns
Hours
Monday- Friday 8:45am-5:15pm- rotating Saturdays 7am- 3:30pm
Pay
20-22/hr. (based off of experience)
