　　Responsibilities

　　Greets all customers with a friendly smile.

　　Initiates dialogue and develops rapport with customers by learning their names, favorite products and food items.

　　Responds appropriately to customer questions and concerns.

　　Sells and serves baked goods and pastry food items to customers.

　　Ensure work station and product displays are stocked, clean, tidy and well presented   

　　Maintains working knowledge of Bakery recipes and prepared bread and desserts.

　　Must be able to meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to departmental and company policies.

　　QUALIFICATIONS

　　Previous customer service experience.

　　Previous Bakery experience a plus

　　Ability to communicate effectively with customers.

　　Ability to prioritize work tasks, multi-task, and maintain focus.

　　Operates calmly and proactively in stressful and difficult situations

　　Teamwork is essential.

　　Push or pull food carts weighing up to 40 pounds. 

　　Able to speak, read, write, and understand English and speak distinctly and persuasively to others.
