　　Responsibilities

　　Produce pastry goods (cookies, brownies, breads, cakes, puddings, icings, fancy pastries, desserts, etc) daily.

　　Decorate and plate various cakes, cookies, pastries and desserts.

　　Solid knowledge of food products and culinary techniques.

　　Assist the Pastry Chef as needed.

　　Make sure food quality is superior.  Correct any irregularities.

　　Address requests by guests and other players.

　　Attention to detail with decorative and taste quality.

　　Maintain a safe, organized and clean kitchen at all times

　　Requirements

　　1-2 years of pastry experience.

　　Can work any shift and long hours when necessary.

　　Knowledge of weights, measures, baking and preparation techniques.

　　Artistic ability and creativity to produce pastries and desserts

　　Tolerate hot and cold temperatures

　　Excellent customer service, communication, and problem solving skills
