This role will consist of Bookkeeper tasks such as data entry, full cycle A/P, and cash applications. Similarly, you will be responsible for accounts payable, reconciliations, month-end closing, and accounts receivable. This role is a great match for organized and self-driven professionals. 　　Process payroll

　　Manage Accounts Receivable

　　Uphold a general ledger

　　Administer monthly accounting close

　　Formulate cash flow projections, as needed

　　Other unique projects when they come up

　　Enter Accounts Payable

　　Qualified in credit card management and reconciliation

　　Iron out subcontractor 1099's, and any other IRS year-end requirement

　　Ready monthly reconciliations, financial statements and all supporting documents

　　Verify monthly accounting close

　　Requirements

　　Excellent analytical, organizational, and vendor management skills

　　Self-starter and strong ethical standards

　　Ability to complete multiple tasks and projects within deadlines

　　Outstanding analytical, quantitative and social skills

　　Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high pressure environment, to prioritize deals and adapt to quick changes while remaining diligent

　　Excellent oral and written communication skills

　　Great attention to detail

　　Solid understanding of Accounts Receivable (AR)

　　Strong familiarity with journal entries

　　Expertise in Accounts Payable (AP)

　　Full Cycle Payroll experience highly desired

　　Foundational knowledge in account reconciliation

　　Highly organized, attentive, has a sense of urgency, flexible and able to deal with frequent interruptions and changing priorities

　　Proficient in QuickBooks and Excel

　　5+ years of related experience
