Fryer : Making mixes, frying cake and yeasting donuts. Must be able to lift and lower screens (up to 8 lbs.) frequently. Must be able to lift 40-60 lbs. with another person frequently Must be able work with hot oil (375 degrees) while standing frequently. Baker : Prepare and bake bagels, muffins and croissants. Must be able to push full donut racks (up to 50 lbs.) frequently Loafer : Making mixes of dough and coffee rolls. Must be able to lift 90-100 lbs. with another person frequently. Must be able to push full donut racks (up to 50 lbs.) frequently. Required Preferred Job Industries Other
