Compensation
We’ll pay you an annual salary of $47,000 to $50,000 .

About the Job
The Membership Manager is a full-time, exempt level position. With direction from the Membership Experience Director, will play a pivotal role in the recruitment and retention of JCC members, working collaboratively with the membership staff to implement strategic initiatives that drive acquisition, engagement, and satisfaction among our diverse community.
You’ll wow us by masterfully performing the following key duties and responsibilities:
Membership Retention and Management
Implement innovative strategies to attract new members through various channels, working closely with marketing on identifying areas of opportunity.
Collaborate with the Membership Experience Director and marketing to develop and implement member retention and engagement strategies.
Effectively communicate membership benefits to current and potential members, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the offerings at the Dell JCC.
Membership Operations:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date membership records, promptly updating changes in payment methods, contact information, and membership status.
Assist in providing detailed monthly membership statistics for retention and sales.
Support the monthly billing process for memberships with accuracy and efficiency.
Welcome Desk Operations:
Supervise and lead the Welcome Desk staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within Welcome Desk operations.
Regularly assess the performance of Welcome Desk staff, providing constructive feedback and recognition.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or 2 years plus of experiences in a related field
2 plus years’ experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a customer service or membership setting.
Must have availability to work nights and weekends.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Strong work ethic that includes punctuality, organization, and attention to detail.
Ability to maintain a friendly, enthusiastic, and positive attitude.
Proficient in data management and reporting.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

Preferred Education and Experience
Strong experience working with membership databases. Knowledge of Daxko or a similar CRM is a plus.
