The Nordic eCommerce Team is an experienced and collaborative team working across the Nordic countries focused on developing our joint online business with our retailers. The team is characterized by being open, fun and diverse with team members from various countries and backgrounds, yet with one common mission: To inspire and develop the builders of tomorrow through Nordic B2B eCommerce.
The team consists of two ‘sub-teams’ working closely together. One consists of KAMs driving the commercial P&L responsibility and relationship management. The other is an online retail marketing & execution team working cross-functionally with a razor sharp focus on driving consumer sales directly to shoppers and consumer. This role is the anchor point between the two areas, picking up, sharing and scaling best practices and execution excellence.
Please be aware that while this role sits in a B2B sales organization, you will be expected to think and act as if you were driving marketing & sales directly towards shoppers and consumers. We have long-standing, trusted relationships with our partners, which involves heavy involvement in their operations and business execution. In fact, we see it as our joint business execution. That’s what we mean when we talk about our “Partner Promise”.
Do you have what it takes?
The ideal candidate holds proven experience working hands-on with Digital Marketing and eCommerce sales, together with a strong business understanding of in particular the online, but also offline, market – preferably within Toys, Consumer or related industries. Moreover, exhibits significant working experience with how to drive traffic and conversion with online customers. Experience with a global or multi-national company is a plus, but it’s not a must-have.
As a person, we expect you to demonstrate:
Strategic perspective and ability to plan, while preserving a focus on execution/action.
Strong attention to detail, with a data-driven mindset, to respond to trends/data points.
A native digital approach while still being highly commercial and analytical by nature.
