ABM Industries is seeking a highly organized and experienced Aviation Operations Manager to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our cabin facilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in effectively managing teams within the aviation or related industries. The Aviation Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of all aspects of cabin operations, including personnel management, safety compliance, and customer service.

Responsibilities:
Personnel Management:
Recruit, train, and supervise cabin staff, including cabin crew, cleaning crews, and maintenance personnel.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
Develop and implement training programs to ensure staff is well-equipped to handle various cabin-related tasks.
Safety and Compliance:
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.
Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective actions as needed.
Collaborate with regulatory authorities to address and resolve any compliance issues.
Customer Service:
Oversee and enhance customer service initiatives to ensure a positive experience for all cabin occupants.
Address customer concerns or complaints promptly and effectively.
Implement measures to continuously improve the overall customer satisfaction rating.
Budget Management:
Develop and manage the annual budget for cabin operations, ensuring cost-effective measures are in place.
Monitor expenses and implement cost-saving initiatives where possible.
Communication:
Foster open communication channels within the cabin operations team and other relevant departments.
Collaborate with other departments, such as aviation, logistics, and security, to ensure seamless operations.
Emergency Response:
Develop and implement emergency response plans for various scenarios.
Conduct regular drills to ensure all cabin staff are well-prepared for emergencies.
Qualifications:
3 or more years management experience preferred
Previous aviation industry experience preferred
Strong knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Budget management experience.
Overall:
Must meet all requirements to receive required airport badge, including the successful completion of a background check and drug test.
