About AUXILIAR DE SERVICIOS EN EL HOGAR

　　El (La) empleado(a) realiza trabajo de complejidad rutinaria que conlleva la realización de tareas sencillas y repetitivas en la limpieza del hogar de los participantes en el Municipio de Moca. Trabaja bajo la supervisión inmediata del (de la) Director(a) del Centro de Envejecientes quien le imparte instrucciones específicas sobre las tareas a realizar, pero utilizan sus propios métodos de trabajo en la realización de las tareas de limpieza. Su labor se revisa por los informes que rinde, visitas a los hogares que atiende y los resultados mediante la reacción de los beneficiarios por el servicio que se le ofrece.
