Your main tasks and responsibilities:
Responsible or ordering all foundry consumables through requisition.
Responsible for maintaining accurate payroll records including time-cards and PTO.
Responsible writing and monitoring non-conformance reports.
Responsible for planning and curating work flow to meet production demands and customer needs.
Identify opportunities for process improvements.
Supports, cooperates with, and participates in company-wide LEAN and EHS Management System which includes following all safety, health and environmental policies and procedures. Supports and cooperates in company-wide Quality Management effort.
Adheres to company and department policies, procedures, and standards
Performs other duties as necessary.
Attend daily meetings as required.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
High school diploma or equivalent and/or combination of training or work-related experience.
Three years direct experience in a manufacturing environment.
Skilled in Microsoft Office applications, SAP knowledge preferred.
Strong manufacturing knowledge.
Good organizational and communication skills.
Strong knowledge in ASME, ASTM, requirements.
Ability to perform duties at a fast and demanding pace while maintaining accurate records.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions .
