　　As a Flat Rate Technician, you will perform repairs and mechanic work in accordance with factory and dealership specifications and time standards for an excellent customer experience. 　　WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

　　3 plus years of experience as either a heavy line, diesel, or transmission technician.

　　Genuine interest in providing an exceptional customer experience.

　　Friendliness, enthusiasm, reliability, with a positive "team-player" attitude.

　　Strong work-ethic with the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

　　Safe working knowledge of shop tools and equipment and experience working as a Mechanic in a fast-paced shop.

　　Brand knowledge is preferred, but not required.

　　Safety: Understand and comply with all federal, state and local regulations that affect shop operations, such as handling and disposal of hazardous waste, OSHA, and use of safety and health personal protective equipment.
