　　Job Title: Automation Technician

　　Job Type: Full time; Consultant (16 months)

　　Location: Urbandale, IA 50323

　　Shift: 1st shift, Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

　　Rate: $16.97/hr - $28.04/hr

　　Description:

　　Ensures the operability, reliability, and integrity of automated equipment, including: motors, conveyors, PLCs, actuators, instrumentation, and sensors.

　　Interact with equipment and processes through human-machine interface (HMI) software.

　　Manages the maintenance activities related to inspection, repairs, and turn-arounds of the assigned assets; initiates, monitors, and completes work orders to maximize equipment uptime.

　　Executes and monitors small investments and projects to improve equipment reliability.

　　Identifies and evaluates deficiencies and bottlenecks.

　　Conducts troubleshooting of asset and process problems.

　　Observes technical rules and regulations and implements technical best practices.

　　Keeps and updates the technical documentation and records. 4-6 Years of Experience.

　　Education requirements-High school diploma or GED

　　Pay Details: $16.97 to $28.04 per hour
