Your JobAs a Kronos Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting Koch's Kronos Time & Attendance environments, platforms, and cloud infrastructure.Our TeamThe Time and Attendance HR Technology team is a collaborative and diverse group of individuals who support the time and attendance applications for companies across Koch. We provide value to Koch by transforming the user experience, eliminating manual processes, and providing accurate time records for employees' pay. Members of this team work together to advance our processes, initiatives, vision, and strategy. Members of our team are interested in expanding their knowledge of the system while working to support customers through issue tickets and configuration projects.

　　What You Will DoBecome an integral part of a global team supporting cloud infrastructure and key HR services.Monitor and support infrastructure for a large global, load-balanced, Kronos environment.Support day-to-day Kronos operations.Maintain system configurations, changes, and updates (e.g., Service Packs and Language Packs)Provide guidance on strategic directions (improvements, fixes, and new projects)Lead and assist with Kronos related projects.Some weekends and after-hours responsibilities for planned and unplanned events.Analyze errors and logs to identify root causes.

　　Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)Experience managing IT Cloud Infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP)Experienced with Kronos AdministrationMicrosoft Windows Server administration experience.Knowledge of Microsoft SQL databases, including their backup & restorationExperienced in maintaining SSL certificates and their renewals.

　　What Will Put You AheadInternational Kronos support experience.Experienced leading projects.Experience with a load balanced, high-availability environments.Experience in managing Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans.SFTP, open-SSH (keys), or file/data transfer experienceExperience working with API communications (REST or SOAP)Experience in a technical leadership role.Experience with scripting languages (VBScript, PowerShell, Python, etc.)Experience with Kronos Enterprise Archive.
