Automation Consultant – Jr Consultant (Redwood Software SAP)

We are seeking a motivated Jr Automation Consultant to join our team, specializing in the implementation and support of automation solutions using Redwood Software and SAP.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with our team to design, develop, and maintain scalable automation processes that drive efficiency and innovation. You will work with a finance team in Germany and be part of the local team in Argentina.

Your daily activities:

Requirement Gathering: Work with clients to understand their business needs and identify automation opportunities.

Process Review and Improvement: Analyze current workflows and processes to identify areas for enhancement and optimization.

Solution Design: Create automation solutions tailored to client requirements using Redwood Software and SAP.

Development and Configuration: Implement and configure automation processes within the Redwood and SAP platforms.

Documentation: Produce comprehensive documentation for all automation solutions, ensuring clarity and maintainability.

Ongoing Maintenance: Monitor and support existing automation processes to ensure they continue to meet client needs and perform optimally.

Requirements:

English Proficiency: Must have a minimum of B2 or C1 level of English proficiency to effectively communicate and collaborate with international team members.

Educational Background: Currently pursuing or finalizing a degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience: Some experience with software development, scripting, or automation tools, regardless of specific programming languages.

Bonus Skills (Preferred):

Database Knowledge: Familiarity with database concepts, including normalization and SQL query writing, is a plus.

Business Process Understanding: Basic understanding of business processes in areas such as finance, supply chain, or IT operations.

Redwood Software and SAP Experience: Any prior experience with Redwood Software, SAP, or similar automation platforms is a significant advantage.

Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly learn new technologies and concepts.
