WE ARE NOW HIRING A CUSTOMER-CENTRIC AUTOMOTIVE REPAIR AND PAINT ESTIMATOR

　　JOB DESCRIPTION:

　　Examines damaged vehicle to determine extent of structural, body, mechanical or interior damage;Estimates cost of labor and parts to repair or replace each damaged item;Reviews repair cost estimates with body shop manager or foreman;Determines feasibility of repair versus replacement of parts, such as bumpers, fenders and doors;Prepares insurance forms to indicate repair cost estimates and recommendations;Estimates cost of repainting, converting to special purposes or customizing undamaged vehicles;Follow up with insurance claims and customers;Liaison between customer, insurance company, and parts vendors to ensure repair process goes smoothly and is completed correctly;Leads customers through the process of getting their vehicle repaired after an accident;Order parts / return parts when necessary;Other tasks as assigned.REQUIREMENTS:

　　Must be at least 18 years of age;Familiarity with body shops preferred;No educational requirement;Pre-employment background checks; felony convictions considered on a case-by-case basis;Must have excellent customer service skills and must be able to work closely with insurance companies and other related vendors.SHIFT / SALARY:
