Description

　　We are seeking a highly skilled Personal Injury Plaintiff Attorney who specializes in writing briefs and conducting legal research. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law, demonstrate exceptional analytical skills, and have an outstanding ability to deliver high-quality written briefs. This position is ideal for attorneys who prefer to focus on the writing and research phase of the personal injury cases and seek an opportunity to enhance their skills further and make a real contribution to achieving justice for our clients.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Conduct comprehensive legal research on case facts, precedents, and statutory and case laws relevant to personal injury cases.

　　Draft, review and revise legal briefs, motions, and pleadings with accuracy and precision.

　　Collaborate with our team of attorneys to develop case strategies.

　　Analyze and interpret laws, rulings, and regulations with probable case outcomes to provide legal advice.

　　Keep abreast of legislative changes that may affect our clients and our law firm.

　　Ensure all written materials comply with all relevant laws and legal protocols.

　　Requirements

　　Qualifications:

　　A J.D. degree from an accredited law school.

　　Admission to the state bar TX

　　Proven experience in personal injury law with a focus on writing briefs and conducting extensive legal research.

　　Remarkable written communication skills accompanied by the ability to explain complex legal issues clearly.

　　Strong critical and analytical thinking skills.

　　Experience with legal research tools (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis).

　　Excellent time-management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
