  Job Description:

  Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Audit Manager to join our team! In this role you will get to manage a top team of automotive inspection station auditors in our Cranberry Township office .

  What You'll Be Doing:

  Managing remote Overt Quality Assurance officers; supplying auditors with needed equipment and supplies; addressing auditor concerns; performing auditor reviews and auditor performance evaluations; ensuring auditor productivity

  Contributes to a team effort by conducting staff meetings; written agendas for auditor meetings, attending manager meetings (when required); attending and speaking at industry meetings, assisting Region Manager with accounts payable

  Ensures operations by assisting with investigations and audit issues

  Professionally dealing with consumer complaints against fraudulent activities or auditing staff investigations.

  Responsible for auditing approximately reports generated by Overt Quality Assurance officers annually for compliance and accuracy

  Ensures staff is adhering to the policies established by the Department of Transportation and the project management team.

  What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  Previous experience managing employees. Experience managing Remote employees is highly preferred.

  Good communication, written, people, and management skills; computer skills (MS Windows Suite); problem-solving ability; ability to speak and present required.

  The ability to give positive and constructive feedback to staff

  Previous experience training and onboarding staff members effectively with minimal downtime

  Ability to read and comprehend audit reports that include observations encountered by staff and provide feedback to assist staff in performing their duties at a higher level

  A minimum of five years previous experience in a professional role

  What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

  Analytical thinking

  Ability to interpret data and completely use MS Excel for data mining

  Previous mechanical experience; automotive and emissions inspection knowledge preferred.

  Previous experience in law enforcement, the automotive service inspection industry, or insurance adjustment is highly preferred.

  The ability to problem solve on the fly

  Salary Range:

  $59,300.00 - $103,800.00
