Job Overview:

　　Hotel Front Desk Agents perform an array of tasks to make guests feel welcome but their primary responsibility is registering guests to their hotel room.

　　Duties and Responsibilities:

　　Projects a positive image and greets all guestsPerforms hotel check-in and checkout transactionsEnrolls guests to players club, generates rewards cards upon demandDisseminates information to guests regarding the property, hotel, promotions, etc.Performs miscellaneous tasks such as cash handling, check authorizations, faxing, copyingMaintains cash drawer, drops cash as required, submits supporting documentationAssists with ensuring qualified players receive priority service from a Games and FandB perspectiveAnswers telephones, routing calls as necessaryAssists with Concierge duties as necessaryActively resolves guest issues and disputesReports guestroom issues to MaintenanceRe-stocks Front Desk suppliesKeeps work area clean and orderlyOther duties and responsibilities as assignedJob Requirements:(please ensure you meet the listed requirements prior to applying)

　　High School diploma or GED required or enrolled and successfully complete a GED program within six (6) months from start date as a condition of continued employmentMust be twenty-one (21) years of age or olderMust be able to type 20 words per minute minimum (typing test will be administered) -requiredGood writing and verbal communication skills required (skills test will be administered) -requiredExperience in customer service-requiredMust be able to lift and carry up to 40 lbsMust successfully pass job interview, including a guest service auditionMust be able to operate standard office equipment - phones, computers, etc.Must be able to pass a panel interview and auditionMust be able to successfully demonstrate AAA four diamond behaviors in the panel interviews audition processMust be able to stand and/or walk for entire shiftMust be able to work effectively in a fast paced, high volume environmentMust be able to operate standard office equipment - phones, computers, etc.Willing and able to work odd or irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidaysWilling to travel and participate in training as recommended or requiredMust have a Tribal Gaming License (or the ability to obtain and maintain a license) as a requirement for this positionMust have willingness and ability to work in a smoke/secondary smoke environmentNATIVE AMERICAN INDIAN PREFERENCE IN HIRING POLICY SHALL BE ADHERED TO AT ALL TIMES
