Hunt Electric, Inc. of Denver, CO is searching for a full-time LicensedElectrical Foreman to join our team. Can you plan, design, organize, andexecute electrical construction projects? Hunt Electric is seeking a qualified candidate to fill an Electrical Foremanposition based in our Littleton, CO office. The qualified candidate mayoversee the project from the award of the project to the final construction.The position requires a high level of customer service to build and maintainrelationships. Experience with electrical construction background is required.
MAJOR DUTIES
Have previously successfully supervised projects with crews ranging from 2 to50 personnel, meeting safety, quality, and production goals.Diplomatically manage the crews and provide appropriate training, positiveand constructive feedback.Plan and layout the project including planned installation material take-offquantities and tool needs based on the project schedule.Establish a site-specific safety plan, evaluate project risks to personneland equipment to mitigate them.Understand, review and implement the installation per the contract drawingsand specifications.Evaluate the contracted scope of work with the PM to determine change requestsand schedule effect.Plan the project's material, equipment, and labor needs for timelyarrival to and from the site.Monitor daily progress to the short term and long-term schedules to meetcommitments. Provide daily written documentation of activities and obstacles.Conduct and participate in project meetings as needed and provide necessarytrade coordination.Coordinate and communicate with the PM and purchasing manager with detailedmaterial requisitions, and delivery schedules.Establish and implement prefab project-specific tasks.Other duties as assigned.
This full-time Electrical Foreman position receives a competitive salarycommensurate with experience and position responsibilities. QUALIFICATIONS OF AN ELECTRICAL FOREMAN
Current Colorado Journeyman license.Five plus years of installation experience with the latest electrical code,means, and methods.Be able to apply the latest technological techniques to maximize employeesafety, quality, and production.Superior internal and external communication and interpersonal skills(tact, diplomacy, influence, etc.). Team player with acknowledgingcontributions by others.Have basic computer skills such as Outlook, Bluebeam, Word, and Excel.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Have safety training relative to electrical and general construction such asOSHA 10 hour, NFPA 70E, First Aid/CPR, scissor lift, forklift,Lock Out/Tag Out and trade specific.
