Hiring: Experienced Personal Injury Attorney

Location: Richmond, VA

Salary: DOE but total comp earning potential exceeds $150K

Responsibilities:

• Leading the management of personal injury cases from the point of intake up to resolution.

• Overseeing and directing the pre-litigation process for an assigned caseload.

• Actively participating in litigation in both state and federal courts.

• Conducting negotiations to reach settlements and managing the distribution of escrow disbursements.

• Spearheading depositions, focus groups, hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences.

• Providing mentorship to entry-level associates and driving the growth of the firm.

• Utilizing your skills in Personal Injury Law, Personal Injury Litigation, and Personal Injury Plaintiffs to effectively handle cases.

• Engaging in state and federal court litigation, including motions practice and trial.

Requirements

• Possession of a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.

• Proven experience and expertise in Personal Injury Law.

• Demonstrated proficiency in Personal Injury Litigation.

• Experience representing Personal Injury Plaintiffs.

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

• Ability to conduct legal research and prepare legal documents.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

• High level of professionalism and ethical standards.

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
