As an Analytics Solutions Manager in the Capacity Planning Team within Workforce Planning, you will be responsible for leading the team that creates call center capacity planning, quantitative analyses, and the summarization of multi-sourced data into meaningful and actionable business intelligence. You will also responsible for managing relationships across multiple organizations, understanding and communicating volume/demand forecasting, business analysis, and executive reporting.
Job responsibilities:
Lead a team of 11 Capacity Planners across Domestic and Global sites
Develop 36 month Line of Business specific forecasts reflecting the balance between execution targets and strategic targets
Forecast used as a critical input in financial planning and short term staffing decisions
Partner with Workforce Planning and Analysis Relationship Managers and Finance to deliver critical assumptions to Operations
Partner with Workforce Management team to share resources across lines of business to ensure optimal staffing levels
Recommend operational efficiencies based on ability to leverage best practices across Line of Business and partners
Deliver risks and opportunities of the monthly rolling forecast with detailed supporting analysis
Change management oversight of Workforce Planning and Analysis user tools and calendar management of monthly capacity process
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
7 plus years of progressive leadership experience
Workforce demand and supply planning knowledge
Finance, Forecasting, or Data Analytics experience
Strong leadership, people management skills, executive presentation
Ability to work across multiple organizations and stakeholders
Strength in quantitative analysis, critical thinking, problem solving, and innovation
Highly detail oriented, ability to multitask, manage time, and prioritize to complete a project/task
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
5 plus years in financial services industry preferred
College degree or similar work experience
Basic to Intermediate skills with Analytical / Data Mining Systems (i.e. Alteryx, Tableau, Power Query, Power BI, Essbase/TM1) and other business intelligence tools

This is a Hybrid position which will require the incumbent to commute/work on site 3 days a week and work from home 2 days a week.
