　　Job Title: Associate Attorney - Litigation

　　Location: Fairfax, VA (Virginia Bar license required)

　　Job Type: Full-time

　　Our client is a reputable law firm specializing in various legal areas, committed to providing high-quality legal services to our clients. We are currently seeking a licensed Associate Attorney with a focus on litigation to join our dynamic team.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Handle a diverse caseload of litigation matters, with a primary focus on Virginia litigation.

　　Conduct legal research, analysis, and drafting of legal documents.

　　Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and mediations.

　　Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies.

　　Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders.

　　Stay updated on legal developments and ensure compliance with applicable laws.

　　Qualifications:

　　Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

　　Active and in good standing with the Virginia State Bar.

　　2-7 years of experience in litigation.

　　Strong knowledge of Virginia litigation procedures and laws.

　　Experience in fiduciary litigation, estate litigation, and/or commercial/contract litigation is a plus.

　　Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.

　　Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

　　Preferred Skills:

　　Familiarity with electronic discovery processes.

　　Strong negotiation skills.

　　Experience with alternative dispute resolution methods.
