　　Legal research and drafting of a wide range of legal documents

　　Analyze and summarize legal documents

　　Supporting attorneys and staff within the practice groups department Requirements - Excellent communication and organizational skills

　　Must possess analytical, legal research and writing skills

　　Desire to thrive in a high-paced environment, requiring exceptional organizational skills, juggling client matters, and adhering to strict deadlines

　　Proficiency in contract negotiation

　　Vendor Agreements experience preferred

　　Adeptness in Draft Contracts

　　Solid understanding of Commercial Contracts

　　Negotiate Contracts experience

　　Demonstrated knowledge of Draft Legal Documents

　　Contract Negotiations experience preferred

　　Detailed and have the ability work independently

　　Above-average academic credentials and references

　　Licensed attorney
