Description

　　Dynamic and highly successful boutique firm seeking associate attorney. You'll play a key role in shaping their litigation strategies and achieving outstanding results for their clients. You'll be involved in all aspects of complex legal matters, from crafting winning motions to drafting compelling briefs and arguments.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Draft, research, and analyze persuasive legal documents, including motions, briefs, and memoranda.

　　Conduct in-depth legal research on complex legal issues and develop winning arguments.

　　Manage depositions, witness preparations, and evidentiary presentations.

　　Collaborate with partners and associates to develop trial strategy and case theories.

　　Advocate for clients at hearings and court appearances.

　　Maintain precise case files and manage deadlines effectively.

　　Communicate clearly and persuasively with clients, judges, and opposing counsel.

　　Requirements

　　Qualifications:

　　Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.

　　California Bar admission (active).

　　Minimum of 4 years of experience in law and motion practice.

　　Experience in bad faith and insurance coverage is a plus.

　　Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.

　　Strong case management and organizational skills.

　　Superior communication and interpersonal skills.

　　Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

　　Proven track record of successful outcomes in law and motion practice.

　　Familiarity with relevant legal technology and databases.
