DescriptionJob Functions:Support the development, maintenance, and monitoring of ATI's Flight Operations Training Program curriculum.Develop and maintain high-quality and graphically friendly student training material for all flight courses in accordance with the Approved Training Manual for distribution to instructors and students.Develop, maintain, and monitor Computer Based Training programs.Provide oversight to Ground Instructors to ensure standardization of all instruction.Conduct and /or provide for formal classroom training when required.Develop and maintain an objective method for student evaluation and progress using data.Prepare detailed reports and spreadsheets.Develop revisions to Operations manuals by contributing technical input as a Subject Matter Expert.Support the development, maintenance, and monitoring of ATI's Flight Operations Training Program curriculum.Develop and maintain high-quality and graphically friendly student training material for all flight courses in accordance with the Approved Training Manual for distribution to instructors and students.Maintaining current knowledge base from both technical and regulatory training perspectives.Supporting goals, activities, and programs that enhance company objectives.Developing contingency plans due to uncontrollable conditions (e.g. weather, mechanical)Development of reporting methods to ensure zero training violations.Perform other duties as assigned.Position Requirements:High School Diploma required. Bachelor degree desired.Extensive background in Aircraft Operations with an emphasis in Training and Standardization.Excellent verbal skills with knowledge and demonstrated use of Standard English grammar. Excellent oral communication skills and ability to instruct highly technical data.Knowledge of aircraft systems, including how the systems operate and the requirements needed to operate those systems.Excellent computer skillsPhysical Requirements:Employees are regularly required to, stand, sit, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone keyboard.Comply with ATI attendance requirementsLight to moderate lifting is requiredAir Transport International is an equal employment/affirmative action employer.
