  As a support specialist at JPMorgan, you will get the opportunity to work in a diverse team responsible for maintaining a first-class office space environment. You will work closely with our operations teams, aid with audio/visual needs, planning/setup of corporate events as well as ad hoc projects. You would be a great fit for us if you have excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well under pressure. Prior experience in Office Services or Facilities management is a plus. Please note this position will require 100% on-site attendance.

  Job Responsibilities

  Conference Room setups and reconfigurations for client and other events

  Audio/Video assistance for conference room

  Fire and Life Safety Team member

  Utilize internal applications to submit requests for any facility issue that arise (temperature, lights, etc.)

  On-boarding and Off-boarding requirements for employees/contractors

  Assist with workstation and other work equipment issues

  Miscellaneous projects

  Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills.

  Knowledge of Microsoft Office

  Able to lift 75 pounds

  Exceptional customer service skills

  Able to transition and adapt to changing requirements

  Excellent time management skills

  High attention to detail

  Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  Works well in a team environment

  Ability to work independently and be proactive
