Description:
Preventive Measures: Participate in the development and implementation of preventive measures to mitigate future incidents. Contribute to the improvement of incident response processes and workflows.
Training and Knowledge Sharing: Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging threats in incident management. Assist in the development of training materials and knowledge sharing sessions.
Proven track record of cultivating and nurturing strong professional networks, adept at fostering meaningful relationships to drive collaborative success
Ability to be flexible and quickly adapt to a dynamic environment and react to changing priorities, having the ability to navigate through ambiguity and change
Strong communications with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely.
Adept at fostering collaborative relationships and adept at adapting communication style to diverse audience
Skills:
Incident management, Itil, reporting, Triage
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Financial services experience is a plus
