　　The Opportunity.The Compliance Support Specialist will assist the compliance and fulfillment departments with inventory control, order processing, and record management. The best candidate for this position will be highly organized, detail-driven, and self-motivated.

　　The Job.Inventory control: tracking and accounting for all serialized items coming in to the warehouse, organizing and maintaining controlled inventory and keeping all work stations clean and organized. Maintaining accurate records of acquisitions and dispositions with the Firearm Record. Responds to department requests; helps research issues to determine cause and solution. Works with Compliance Officer to develop and enforce effective methods of control for regulated items. Directs inventory movements to and from Compliance warehouses and coordinate inventory transfers with related departments.

　　Requirements

　　Knowledge of ATF Compliance Regulations is strongly preferred

　　FFL Bound Book experience is strongly preferred

　　Inventory experience in a fast-paced environment

　　Ability to interpret and explain inventory reports

　　Strong attention to detail

　　Strong organizational skills

　　Ability to think creatively to maintain best inventory control practices

　　Strong interpersonal skills

　　Works well with a team

　　Dependability, Reporting Skills, Problem Solving, Dealing with Complexity, Deadline-Oriented, Time Management, Organization

　　Three years of inventory experience preferred

　　Experience in a manufacturing environment

　　Physical ability to lift 50lbs.
