Summary Job Description Responsibilities:
Work in classroom with 1 Lead Teacher, 1 Associate Teacher, and 12 studentsSupervise student teachers and College student aidesFacilitate developmentally appropriate experiences and care-givingSupport pedagogical plan for play based learningArticulate developmentally based philosophy and playbased curriculumSupport maintenance of partnership with parents via newsletters, meetings and conversations as neededPrepare presentations for classroom parent meetings, as required by Lead and DirectorParticipate in parent-teacher conferencesAttend all staff development events
Minimum Qualifications
* High School Diploma
* Must meet DOI fingerprinting and all relevant clearances
* 2 -5 years' experience working with young children between the age of 2-3 years old
* Experience must be in a childcare setting
