　　This engineer will be responsible for managing all technical aspects ofvarious leaf spring projects. Responsibilities include but are notlimited to:

　　Manage all technical aspects of multiple and/or major projects utilizingthe Product Planning and Development Procedure.

　　Designs, validates, provides test reports and sign-off documents, andensures production readiness.

　　Coordinates with CAD, FEA and laboratory personnel and interfaces withother departments in support of the above.

　　Coordinates the technical design and test aspects on projects withsuppliers and customers.

　　Provides continuous improvement through employee development, processimprovement and elimination of waste.

　　Helps to assure safety in the lab and office.

　　Other duties as assigned.

　　The successful candidate will possess:

　　Bachelor of Science degree in technical discipline required.BSME/BSAgE/BS preferred.

　　4+ years\' experience in vehicle structural design (preferable heavy ormedium duty truck) with exposure to dynamic structural analysis, finiteelement analysis, fatigue analysis, and product design.

　　Demonstrated product innovation.

　　Electrical or brake experience a plus.

　　Project management experience preferred

　　Physical requirements in this role require:

　　Frequent sitting and working at computer for extended periods of time.

　　Occasional standing and walking on concrete.

　　Occasional climbing stairs and fixed/vertical ladders.

　　Ability to lift and carry up to 60lbs.

　　Ability to push/pull carts (minimal 25lbs) and parts (minimal 60lbs).

　　Ability to drive as required.

　　Ability to travel as required.

　　Demonstrated ability to meet product development deadlines.
