  Purpose and Objective:

  SAP America, Inc. seeks a Business Processes Senior Consultant at our Naperville, IL location to drive business consulting by translating the customer's vision into solutions.

  Expectations and Tasks:

  Map business processes to solution requirements. Position disruptive business innovation and support the transformation towards the Intelligent Enterprise. Drive change management to achieve business transformation objectives. Support end-to-end solution design and configuration across all relevant solutions (on-premise, cloud and hybrid), applying state-of-the-art methodologies and standards. Participate in transition planning of customer solution landscapes. Drive deployment of best practice business processes for specific LoBs or industries. Support pre-sales activities. Perform solution reviews and feasibility studies. Support escalated projects. Occasionally take over responsibility as a (sub-)project lead or team lead for a service delivery. Support line manager(s) in people development tasks. Deliver customer workshops and training. Support in partner-led projects to ensure ecosystem and customer success. Introduce SAP and industry leading practices based on pre-existing templates, standard content and experience. Create project documentation and documentation of delivered services. Support the evolution of the relevant section of the services portfolio for the respective solution area and key related areas. Can own a service and support updates to the portfolio. Support in solution testing and issue resolution. Mentor business process consultants.

  Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies:

  Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field and 6 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related occupation. The Company will also accept a Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field and 4 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.

  Work Experience:

  Experience must involve 4 years in the following:

  Maintain and configure Supply Chain Management systems, including organizational structure and organizational element set up and prepare master data templates;

  Implement and Rollout Applications, including Business Requirement Gathering, Design, Build, Test, and Support;

  System design and integration, business process reengineering, process management, and business and data modelling;

  Design and build supply chain management system features customization and e-forms;

  Sourcing and Contract solutions;

  Integrated Tool Kit and Webservices integration methods;

  Implement supply chain management solutions with multiple ERP systems;

  Develop Functional and Technical design documents; and

  Develop analytic solutions, analyze data sets, clean and filter data, and design visualizations.

  Travel: Position requires up to 40% domestic and international travel to unanticipated client sites.

  Telecommuting permitted. Position can be based in any U.S. location.

  Compensation Range Transparency: The annual base salary range for this position is $120,328 to $188,445. SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a signicant step toward demonstrating SAPs commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is $130,400 to $221,700. The actual amount to be oered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
