  The Opportunity

  Candidate must reside in, or be willing to relocate to, the greater Jackson, Tupelo, Starkville, Columbia, MS or surrounding area to support the sales territory for this work from home role with local travel. Company vehicle provided.This is an entry-level opportunity designed to provide the training and experience needed to grow a successful career in sales.Vehicle Remarketing sales position for Ally SmartAuction. SmartAuction is an industry-leading online auto auction that offers access to a virtual inventory of wholesale vehicles for eligible dealers of all brands.Responsible for developing and increasing vehicle remarketing fee revenue within a defined territory to attain territory targets.Grow the active dealer base through equipping, training, and coaching them on how to solve used vehicle needs utilizing SmartAuction.In-person customer contacts on a daily basis throughout the assigned territory, designed to grow the engaged dealer base and increase utilization.Attend meetings and conventions, dealer and remarketing trade shows and managing special projects as requested by management.The Work Itself

  Increase the buying and selling of used vehicles through Ally’s online auto auction, SmartAuction.Train, equip, and enable dealer customers to utilize SmartAuction.Facilitate new dealer introductions, on-boarding, training and providing overall sales support as needed.Ensure dealer customers are current on all promotions and incentives being offered.Daily in-person dealer customer contacts are required.Assist or lead Zoom or in-person training for dealers as needed.The Skills You Bring

  2+ years in financial services, automotive remarketing, automotive, or similar industry preferred.2+ years’ sales experience.Bachelor's degree in related field strongly preferred.Leverage relationships to contribute to strategy and drive business results.Strong direct selling skills conducive to a commission-based compensation plan.How We'll Have Your Back

  Emerging: 47840

  Experienced: 58920

  Expert: 70000

  Incentive Compensation: This position is eligible to participate in a variable incentive plan
