Primary Function
This position is an integral part of a video production team that delivers both live and taped content for a variety of clients.
The ideal candidate will have several years of professional corporate video production or news experience - with the ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
This individual will work directly with the Video & Broadcast team to flawlessly execute live productions as well as create compelling video and live productions.
This is a full-time position, with on-site work.
Duties & Responsibilities
Oversee all phases of designated projects including pre-production, production, post-production and final delivery.
Edit and organize scripts
Operate teleprompter
Edit video clips and support Sr. Video Editor
Assist producer/director on larger projects in asset capture, research, and music selection as requested.
Coordinate and oversee on-location and studio shoots when necessary. Manage catering.
Interface with producers; meet independently when needed, work closely to ensure their needs are met and offer creative solutions for each project
Maintain project tracking database and project sheets. Delegate when appropriate.

Skills & Qualifications
A strong background in arranging shoots, handling interviews, and making editorial decisions throughout the production process
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to field various requests on any given day
The ability to take direction and guidance well, while working collaboratively with other members of the production team
A desire to grow your technical production skills, including shooting, video editing, and use of graphics
Comfortable working on the front lines with the company’s top executives
A self-starter with a positive attitude who brings ideas to the table
Excellent communication, in-person, via email, over the phone, etc.
Understands importance processes, and accurately follows policies and procedures
Education & Experience
