In this role, you will be responsiblefor designing and implementing comprehensive training and development programsto enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees in the constructionfield. As the Director, you will work closely with various stakeholders toidentify training needs, develop strategies, and ensure the successfuldelivery of training initiatives.
