  Prudential is seeking a highly motivated, resourceful and skilled individual for the role of Planning and Analysis Associate within the Global Technology Finance Organization.

  Global Technology provides information technology and operations solutions to Prudential business areas both domestic and international. The Finance Planning and Analysis area is a dynamic and fast paced organization that is responsible for overseeing financials, chargebacks, metrics, and supporting technology acquisition. The Planning & Analysis team is working to enhance the allocation process and systems to ensure that we meet corporate requirements to complete multiple forecasts in a compressed time frame.

  The current EWA for this position is Hybrid and requires your on-site presence on a reoccurring basis as determined by your business. Your manager will provide additional details relative to the specific number of days you are expected to be on-site.

  What you can expect:

  Support the consolidation of AMFTCT .Preparation and processing of Technology Allocation data for specific services/product offeringsResolve business partner inquiries related to Global Technology chargesPreparation and data analysis of monthly/quarterly financial reportsBudgeting, Forecasting and variance analysisOther tasks and analysis will be assigned on an "ad hoc" basis

  What you'll need:

  Strong Microsoft Suite skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access). ServiceNow experience would be a plus.1-3 years of relevant experienceStrong interpersonal and communication skills to deliver quality support to business partnersCustomer focus and follow through is essential.Organized, detailed and agile, with an ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deliverablesSelf-motivated worker who can function independently with limited guidanceAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentAbility to work flexible hours and/or overtime when necessary during peak times.We know not everyone will meet 100% of the requirements, however we encourage you to apply if you think your skills are a good fit.Bachelor's degree in a business oriented major (eg: Information Technology, Accounting, Finance).

  Note: Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $55,700.00 to $82,800.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance. In addition, employees are eligible for standard benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental and retirement.
