　　The candidate in this role can sit remotely in Michigan, Indiana, Ohio or Illinois, but must be able to drive to Portage, Michigan once per month.

　　What you will do-

　　You will be a part of the Indirect Procurement (IP) function, reporting into the IP Strategy & Programs team supporting the Coupa Procure to Pay (P2P) system, policy compliance, processes, expansion, issue resolution and customer support in addition to supporting the IP organization with the execution of analytics and bids within Coupa. In this leadership position, you will be responsible for a team of sourcing analysts, in the US and Poland, supporting the business for the efficient and effective procurement of indirect goods and services utilizing the P2P system. You will drive continuous improvement initiatives to ensure supply content on the Coupa system leverages current contracts and the design and implementation of new system technology.

　　Additional responsibilities:

　　Leverage Coupa/Stryker business process expertise to troubleshoot, stabilize, and advance Coupa business processes in collaboration with peers, partners, users, and leaders.In partnership with others, lead the automation and advancement of Coupa metrics, performance, compliance, and overall value capture. Manage a team of sourcing analysts delivering operations responsibilities while achieving goals and development, supporting IP resourcing pipeline.Support the evolution and optimization of IP's Coupa shared service center model.Document and continuously improve all IP Coupa SOP's, SS and Coupa Ops Coupa Training, SOP's, onboarding in the IP organization, training calendar and delivery of training for all Coupa users.Lead the IP organization as the Coupa RFX and Sourcing Optimization SME providing support, project management, and the advancement of sourcing practices and value capture through Coupa.Lead the ongoing Coupa Supplier information management business process optimization, oversight, evolution, controls, and best practices; improve supplier communications and related processes.In collaboration with IP leadership develop and execute Coupa content and Catalogue strategy to optimize buying experience.

　　Bachelor's degree- required6+ years of experience - requiredPrevious leadership experience- highly preferredProcurement systems experience- highly preferred
